Diversity Visa Lottery 2024/25 Results
Keep reading to find out when the Diversity Visa Lottery program 2024/25 results will be declared The US Department of State manages the Diversity Visa program, also known as the Green Card Lottery. This program randomly selects winners from countries with low immigration rates to the US in the past and grants up to 55,000 green cards to the lucky winners. The results for the DV-2025 will be available online starting Saturday, May 4, at midnight EDT.

Entrants can check his/her Diversity Visa 2025 Results on May 4, 2024, and the last date to check is September 30, 2025. Prepare materials used to check your status and please check your DV status in time and prepare for further procedures.

Check the Diversity Visa (Green Card) Lottery results
Check the results for all applicants for the 2024 and 2025 DV Lotteries.
- The 2025 DV Lottery results are available from May 4, 2024, to September 30, 2025.
- Results for the 2024 lottery are available until September 30, 2024.
You must remember to check the lottery results yourself online using your confirmation number. If your confirmation number is lost, learn how you can retrieve it.
Be aware that:
- The Department of State will not send you a letter or an email to let you know if you have been selected. See the fraud warning above.
- Being selected in the Diversity Visa Lottery does not guarantee you will receive a visa. Selection means you can move forward in the DV Program.
- What to do if you are selected for the DV Lottery
If you are selected in the Diversity Visa Lottery and have the qualifications, you can apply for an immigrant visa. If approved, you could come to the U.S., become a permanent resident, and get a Green Card.
- To apply for an immigrant visa, sign in to the Immigrant/Diversity Visa portal.
